Quinta do Paraíso is a very peaceful complex where peace and tranquility reigns even in the high season months. A perfect getaway for families and for those looking for privacy and quiet.

Casa Gaivota is conveniently situated close to all the main facilities of Quinta do Paraíso, being just a short walk till the swimming pool. Here at Quinta do Paraíso you will find an excellent Italian restaurant, poolside bar, mini market, tennis courts, three large communal pools, children's pool, kids club and a diving school.

It is a short walk to the center of the beautiful and picturesque village of Carvoeiro, surrounded by white sandy beaches protected by golden cliffs and a particularly attractive village in terms of family tourism as well as golf and water sports.

The walk to Carvoeiro offers stunning views of the sea and you will pass the beautiful Praia do Paraíso (a beautiful beach that is well worth the winding flight of stairs to discover).

In Carvoeiro you can take boat trips to explore the beautiful coastline visiting the famous famous caves. If you like to walk, pass through the village and go up to the church, where you will find a panoramic boardwalk along the top of the cliff that will take you to Algar Seco and Boneca, where a stop is mandatory to enjoy the sea view.

Casa Gaivota has 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning and sleeps 4 people. It is elegantly decorated and furnished and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

The property itself is double glazed. The living room has comfortable sofas, a fireplace for the cooler winter months, TV and dining area.

The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. The house also has a washing machine.

The living/dining room has patio doors leading onto an excellent terrace with table and chairs - perfect for al fresco dining - as well as plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun.
